A General Motors Accessory Distributor is seeking a full time Inside Sales/Install Coordinator!
Key Responsibilities:
o Provide customer-friendly service to CVO’s dealers.
o Provide knowledge of the accessory portfolio that CVO offers.
o Invoicing dealer orders.
o Ensure proper billing and routing of orders.
o Provide backup internet invoicing and FedEx shipping.
o Daily Invoice Scanning
o Update takeoff wheel assemblies for website.
o Upload morning Inventory files
o Maintain transit wheel accountability and log tracking.
o Clerical & reporting tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain an organized workspace.
· Adhere to proper attire, uniform, and time clock policies.
· Report and/all customer concerns to Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a customer interfacing setting including sales and/or resolution support; inside sales or telemarketing a PLUS!
- High School diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
- Strong computer & internet skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Must be engaging and inquisitive with a will to help attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
