The Inside Sales role is responsible for working collaboratively in a team oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. The sales support group provides a positive and fast paced dynamic which aligns to the overall Studco Company culture. We are a growing Global business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level. Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound / outbound phone activity to assist architects, designers, custom home builders, general contractors, and building material distributors with consultative feedback on their relevant projects
- Provide customers with technical product knowledge and upsell them on our product offerings and end to end custom solutions.
- Qualify all of the details of quotes and orders and guide customers through the buying process
- Perform virtual trainings to architects and builders on our products and services offered
- Support generating quotes and review drawing documents as needed to finalize orders
- Respond to email inquiries and webchats from current and prospective customers
- Support independent sales reps to grow sales and supply them with marketing material and samples as needed
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager of Inside Sales and Business Development
Main Activities and Performance standards:
- Provide training and support to internal team who will require more knowledge of the industry, our sales process, and products we offer
- Work as a team with the sales department to do whatever is needed to assist customers or other teammates
