Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team at Custom Wood Products. In this role, you will be responsible for the final touches on our custom cabinetry, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Apply finishes to cabinetry using various techniques including airless paint spraying and industrial painting.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with other craftsmen to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for finishing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or industrial painting is essential.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with materials handling and warehouse operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
