What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Master or a solid A-B tech, you must be reliable, able to work with little to no guidance, have a positive attitude, be respectful and not think you are above any job you are asked to preform, have the ability to follow direction. great customer service skills.
- ASE Certification helpful but not required or equivalent credentials.
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools, equipment, and technology.
- Must have your own tools; the company provides all specialty tools and shop
equipment.
- Commitment to completing 40 hours of company-paid training annually.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with little or no guidance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and complete repairs on all makes and models.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and system troubleshooting.
- Communicate with service advisors and sometimes customers about repairs and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay at the top of your game.

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
