Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals that are a higher caliber of employee with a strong work ethic, patient, have some flexibility, good communication skills and who are a self-starter. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitoring and documenting changes in clients physical and emotional condition
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Transporting residents to appointments or outings as needed
Skills:
- Ability to lift and move clients with mobility challenges
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client rights
- Experience in senior care or related fields
- Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques
- Background in nursing or social work is a plus
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Familiarity with home care practices
