CCS is seeking experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, confident, self-starters, that can multi-task in a busy environment. As a BDC Representative, you will play a vital role working in CCSs automotive division, CTI. Primary responsibilities include outbound calls to schedule appointments and to assist in outreach and retention campaigns. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a good sense of organization, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. A successful BDC will be outgoing, confident, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Respond to leads generated in the CRM to set appointments.
- Schedule sales and service appointments for customers.
- Engage with current and prospective customers to cultivate leads and schedule appointments.
- Perform proactive outbound calls to schedule regular maintenance, recalls and preventive services.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
- Promote additional services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Report call performance and appointment success rates to supervisors and suggest improvements to the process.
- Assist in inbound calls as necessary.
- Deliver top-notch customer service on every call, representing our company with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive BDC or similar role
- High energy, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Proficient computer skills; 30 WPM
- CRM and/or data mining knowledge
- Ability to maintain a high volume of outgoing calls
- Automotive knowledge is desirable, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Maintain a high level of productivity and self-direction
- BDC experience, or a proven sales history
- Dependable
- Fluent in English
