Customer Engineering Services, LLC (CES) is a trusted provider of Technical Services, specializing in product installation, preventative maintenance, on-site repairs, and help desk support for clients across the U.S. We are growing and looking for a talented Product Technical Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
As a Product Technical Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients and their dealer networks. You’ll travel across the country, attending marketing and dealer events, providing top-tier technical and sales support. Your focus will be on training and educating dealer sales personnel in your assigned geography.
This role requires extensive travel (up to 50% , including overnight stays), as well as the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert sales support at dealer-specific events, showcasing and demonstrating professional cameras and lenses.
Offer technical guidance at trade shows and marketing demonstrations.
Conduct in-depth training for dealer sales personnel on Fujifilm GFX, X Series, and MKX products.
Address technical inquiries from professional customers and retailers.
Research and troubleshoot technical issues, offering effective solutions.
Report hardware, firmware, and software concerns to marketing and customer support teams.
Create troubleshooting articles for field personnel.
Evaluate digital image quality and identify trends.
Participate in product development research and process management discussions.
Serve as a pre-sales resource, providing critical product information.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in photography preferred, or 4 years of relevant technical support experience.
Extensive photographic shooting experience.
Strong understanding of digital imaging and photography principles.
Technical expertise for hands-on demonstrations and training.
Proficiency in Mac applications (Lightroom, Aperture, Adobe RAW, Photoshop).
Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet research, Social Media Marketing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
