Job Description
Customer Value Partners (CVP) is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join their team at the Iowa City VA Health Care System in Iowa City, IA.
This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and serve our Nation's Veterans in a collaborative healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will perform CT procedures and routine duties during normal facility clinic hours and provide on-call coverage outside of regular hours.
- Responsibilities:
- • Perform CT imaging procedures and maintain proficiency in all aspects of the job.
- • Follow established patient safety and infection control standards of care.
- • Complete required QM/PI documentation for procedures, complications, and examination outcomes.
- • Attend staff meetings as directed by facility leadership.
- • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- • Current ARRT(CT) certification.
- • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- • Current, unrestricted state license/registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
- • Ability to successfully undergo a Government-sponsored background investigation.
- • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
