Overview
CVP is seeking a Program Manager with Enterprise Content Management solutions (OpenText) experience in support of our federal healthcare client. This is a mature organization that effectively and efficiently serves scientific computing and informatics support needs of NIH.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of the Task Order Management Plan and manage resulting task activities following the HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) methodology.
- Manage team members and provide direction in support of the OpenText projects
- Manage personnel, operations and finances for the life cycle of technology projects. Communication with all levels of management, personnel, subcontractors and client agency representatives.
- Direct Agile principles and Demonstrated experience in the success of complex projects.
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and goals of client by leading complex initiatives
- Manage Product Delivery Team and apply QA measures to the management and performance of the contract.
Qualifications
- Experience with managing large implementations of the OpenText platform (Federal sector experience preferable)
- Experience with document-centric workflows and large-scale digitization
- Knowledge of OpenText suite of applications, particularly, Open Text Content Server and OpenText AppWorks
- Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- Possess leadership/managerial experience at the National Institute of Health.
- 10 years demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, both oral and written.
- Experience leading large scale OpenText Enterprise Content Management Solutions with 30 team members
- Expert knowledge of project development with estimating, scheduling, and tracking project life cycles, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge and experience with NIH processes, procedures, technologies, and applications are a strength
