CVP is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager to manage and direct a team of 60 cybersecurity professionals for a Federal contractor team. This position serves as the program manager typically responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams CVP of personnel at multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for overall program and Task performance management and assist in the day-to-day management, development, and maintenance of the Client’s Business processes and Security Management performed.
- Excellent team management skills, dynamic customer engagement and relationship management abilities, and outstanding expertise in Agile software development techniques. Oversee and manage assigned projects along the entire development and implementation life cycle, focusing on project staffing, scheduling and the on-time delivery of high quality, reliable and easy to use systems in multiple development environments.
- Engage directly with clients and third parties to facilitate enterprise risk analysis
- Create and give presentations to different audiences from cyber customers to federal executives.
- Ensure high quality, on-time deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver monthly contract status to customer leadership and company executives.
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
- Consult with customer and team personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to CVP management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
- Identify and socialize on-contract growth opportunities within current customer and adjacent programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer discipline or business management
- Minimum 10 years experience, at least 5 of which must be managing a cybersecurity program of similar size and scope; Degree not required with 15 years’ experience or more.
- Experience with Cybersecurity, risk management, or risk assessments. Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-30. Ability to manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and a high degree of difficulty
- Have executive presence when communicating with client

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and apply thought leadership to a variety of technical scenarios
- Ability to mentor lead a diverse technical team consisting of junior, mid-level, and senior staff members with a wide range of expertise
- Ability to form strategic advisor relationships with customer staff
