Job Description
Customized Service Concepts, LLC is looking to add a full time Service Dispatcher to our Goffstown, NH office. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching technicians as service calls are received, maintain customer database with current information, and assisting with general administrative duties. Must be clear and concise when communicating with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to the company requested lead-times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take information from incoming customer calls, emails, and website portals and timely dispatching to a Field Service Technician who is on the work schedule.
- Respond to all messages left overnight.
- Update customer record as information is received.
- Follow up on technicians who are not responding to dispatched calls.
- Monitor technicians and calls assigned and reassign calls if needed.
- Escalates unresolved issues to management as appropriate.
- Assist with general office duties.
- Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Participate in formal and informal training programs to increase skill and expertise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Dispatch experience a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
