What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logo Production EMO Trainee position at Cutter & Buck?
Our Embroidery (Logo) Production Team Members work on a four-person team to produce embroidery logos for professional sports teams, colleges, major corporations, golf tournaments and clubs on our exceptional sportswear. We train new hires with good work skills to help their team meet quality and production standards on a daily basis, but don’t have any prior embroidery or sewing experience.

Position: Embroidery Machine Operator
Department: Embroidery Production
Day Shift: Monday through Friday 630am to 3pm
Swing Shift : Monday thru Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Rate: $22.00 per hour $1.00 per hour for Swing Shift Differential $1.00 per hour for Seasonal differential ability to earn up to an additional $4.00 per hour in Incentive Pay. Upon completion of training, Base pay is $22.55 per hour and $500 training bonus! Overtime regularly available for Embroidery employees.
Two 15-minute breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch
Overtime may be available as a 9 hour day or one weekend day during peaks
