Project Manager

Position Summary:
Cutting Edge Innovative is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury home improvement projects and play a pivotal role in client acquisition. This is a key position within our organization, offering the opportunity to manage high-end construction projects from concept to completion while building strong relationships with clients. As a Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while also engaging potential clients, presenting solutions, and transitioning them into active projects.

Objectives:

• Take ownership of luxury home improvement projects, managing timelines, budgets, and overall profitability.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trust, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Meet with potential clients to assess needs, present solutions, and secure project commitments.
• Prepare comprehensive scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for client approval.
• Coordinate all project activities, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and inspections.
• Maintain an active presence on job sites, ensuring quality control and adherence to plans.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, final walkthroughs, and client education.

• Strong communication skills for engaging clients, resolving issues, and providing updates.
• Expertise in project management, including budget and schedule control.
• Ability to identify and secure new client opportunities through effective presentations and relationship building.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and luxury home improvement standards.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in high-end construction or home improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Prior client-facing experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to visit job sites regularly and work in office settings as needed.
• Capability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
