We are Cutting Edge Landscaping and we are hiring Grounds Crew team members for our Landscape Management team. We keep our client properties looking sharp throughout the year. This is seasonal full-time work through Christmas, and we’re looking for people who want to stay busy, work outdoors, and be part of a tight-knit crew. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you — we just need you to show up ready to work.
The Details - Benefits
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, starting at $19.00 up to $30.00, DOE
- Top end of wage range is after training or previous experience
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM - three day weekends !
- No Experience necessary: we will train you! A little experience is helpful, but attitude and consistency are what we care about most.
What You'll Be Doing - Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas
- Trimming, edging, and weekly cleanups
- Leaf pick-up and seasonal landscaping\
- Sprinkler checks and basic irrigation support (we train you)
- Using blowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Working outdoors, on your feet, in a team environment
