Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks that contribute to the beauty and maintenance of outdoor spaces. As a Crew Member, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for landscaping projects.
- Assist in building hardscape features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform landscape installation tasks such as planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and irrigating as necessary.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
- Dig holes for planting or installation of landscape features.
- Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in outdoor areas.
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have or be able to acquire a valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to walk and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must safely operate company equipment and vehicles
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools relevant to landscaping and construction.
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and materials.
- Ability to build various landscape features with attention to detail.
- Experience in gardening practices including planting, watering, and maintaining plants.
- Understanding of tree care practices for proper maintenance and safety.
- Strong digging skills for planting or construction purposes.
- Capability in general groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
