Mow Crew Lead
Selkirk Landscape is looking to hire a Mow Crew Lead with at least 1 season of mowing experience at $19 to $22.50 per hour DOE. Selkirk Landscape is a locally owned business and has provided service for the Spokane Area for over 30 years. We are a close knit-team and enjoy regular team BBQ’s or food and drink at the local restaurants. The Mow Crew Lead is responsible for the following tasks:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and cleaning up commercial and residential properties
- Making sure work is high quality and completed efficiently
- Working with a helper
- Teaching and monitoring helper to complete jobs effectively and efficiently
- Keeping schedule on track for day/week
- Keeping equipment clean, maintained, and serviced for quality
The position has option to be year-round with snow removal services in winter
Job Requirements:
- 1 or more season experience as Mow Crew Lead or Mow Help
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation to work (will be using company truck when working)
- Positive Attitude
Salary : $19 - $23
