Essential Functions:
- Oversee staffing for Treasure Valley Salon
- Assist Salon Managers with recruitment and retention of staff
- Responsible for corrective action and assisting salon managers with personnel issues
- Monitor and analyze salon performance data, including sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely
- Build relationships with cosmetology schools and community events
- Ensure salons are within compliance according to the state and Great Clips standards.
- Manage and track weekly schedules
- Conducts salon meetings and visits as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
