Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Cutting Edge Real Estate Services located in Orange County, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication, providing executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact list, book travel arrangements and submit & reconcile expense reports
