Responsibilities
- Set and adapt specific objectives to align with organisational goals.
- Maintain and manage the Team Book of Work, ensuring resource needs are met.
- Lead new initiatives and ensure team readiness for new requirements.
- Conduct capacity planning and recommend staffing and location changes.
- Revise metrics and KRIs to improve client experience based on feedback.
- Use management reports to track team and individual performance.
- Perform talent reviews and develop high-potential employees.
- Ensure procedures and user guides are current and followed.
- Mitigate risks by identifying errors and demonstrating ethical behaviour.
- Prepare for and represent the function in audits.
- Develop and monitor risk management controls.
- Manage Business Continuity Plans for crisis operations.
- Ensure accuracy of client-facing documentation.
- Represent the function in key events and connect with external partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and client experience.
- Handle additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Adaptable to change and proactive in learning.
- Mentors others and builds collaborative teams.
- Communicates openly across the organisation.
