- Collaborate with clients, architects, and team members to deliver top-tier solutions.
- Oversee the production of high-quality design drawings, specifications, reports, and schedules.
- Build and sustain productive client relationships, proactively addressing needs.
- Direct multiple projects, ensuring successful implementation and financial success.
- Maintain and develop high technical quality standards, staying updated with industry advancements.
- Ensure engineering practices align with client interests and comply with legislation and building codes.
- Monitor financial performance, resourcing, and expenditure to deliver profitable projects.
- 15 years in Mechanical Engineering design within building services and construction.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Deep understanding of building codes and mechanical design principles.
- Proven project delivery success across various sectors and regions.
- Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
- Expertise in high-performance building design and understanding its impact on carbon footprint and commercial viability.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification.
- LEED AP accreditation preferred.
- Proficiency with Revit, CFD, and energy modeling software.
- Leadership experience in an MEP Engineering Consultancy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
- Self-starter mentality with independent and collaborative work capabilities.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Proven success in business development and maintaining client relationships.
