Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
● Arrive to the salon looking fashionable with a great attitude
● Achieving a great first and last impression for our guests
● Accurately make reservations and process the guest’s payment
● Rebook and recommend retail products to each guest
● Becomes proficient in using all salon technology
● Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
● Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests
