Job Description:
SUMMARY
Manages all institutional, state, national, and accreditation reporting related to curriculum development. Communicates with Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) representatives regarding new state program submissions and related reporting. Collaborates with Institutional Research, Financial Aid, and Accreditation Compliance to ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages state required reporting for all new degrees and certificates, title changes, program deletions/updates and new locations
- Leads and optimizes curriculum state submission processes and any state reports required
- Leads communication with Ohio Department of Education representatives regarding submitted proposals and required additional documentation
- Drives and maintains comprehensive reporting on the progress of curricular development in relation to current workforce demands, providing key insights and updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and timelines
- Researches, complies, and submits annual credit, content, and program length changes to ODHE and the Higher Learning Commission
- Provides updates on program credit and offering changes for purposes of Veteran’s Affairs reporting
- Designs, compiles, and provides curricular-related reports for Associate Provost as requested
- Provides reports for evolving state initiatives
- Manages internal reporting related to curriculum changes, including new programs and deleted programs
- Provides reports to the Project Manager of Accreditation Compliance inclusive of details related to new programs
- Provides state approval letters and other documentation to internal stakeholders as needed
- Monitors and shares annual curriculum updates for the Program Participation Agreement with Financial Aid
- Ensures data integrity and regularly audits data and associated reports
- Provides reports to faculty regarding pre-requisite subsequent coursework reports
- Researches the sustaining wage, job growth, and job opening data for new programs for purposes of state reporting
- Leads user support for curricular reporting systems, providing strategic guidance and ensuring efficient resolution of issues while managing system-related inquiries and troubleshooting processes
- Designs report-out templates for internal and external purposes
- Regularly assesses and evaluates existing curricular development proposals to ensure alignment with state and accreditation standards
- Manages and fulfills data requests from faculty and program managers, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of information to support decision-making and program development
- Manages and responds to curricular-related reporting requests from
- Leads data extraction and analysis using Argos and other reporting systems to support the collection of curricular data, ensuring data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree
- Significant related experience may substitute for education
- Five years of progressive project or program management experience
- Demonstrated experience effectively making decisions that have major implications on the management and operations within a department
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a role requiring dynamic and abstract problem solving methods in adaptive situations
- Demonstrated experience in reporting

Special Note: Target Starting Salary Range: $65,325 to $67,000
The final offer for the successful candidate is targeted to fall within this range, but will be based upon an assessment of internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications in relation to the minimum and/or preferred job requirement(s).
