A Day in the Life of a Switchboard Operator
Handle incoming calls and pages with accuracy and professionalism. Provide information and assistance while maintaining confidentiality. Support administrative tasks, including mail distribution and emergency response coordination.

Education and Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate required equipment

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employees experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
