- Ward Secretaries assume responsibility to carry out the clerical activities and coordinate communication at the nurses' station. They perform receptionist, telephone, and clerical duties to support physicians and nursing staff in the delivery of care and services to the patients. Ward Secretaries maintain medical records for each patient that are complete, readily accessible, and systematically organized. They interact with staff, patients and visitors, and others in a manner that facilitates communication and presents an appropriate image of the facility. These functions are essential components in achieving the goals of the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.
- Education and Experience:
- Vocational education or 2 years of college preferred. Successful completion of the general clerical standard administered by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Human Resources Staff.

The pay range for this role is $19.39 to $23.32.
