- Develop and implement ICT strategies in accordance with CV’s vision and mission.
- To advise on the strategic direction of all regional ICT services.
- To evaluate emerging technologies including hardware, software, and other resources necessary to accomplish objectives within budget.
- To manage ICT infrastructure.
- To manage the use of third parties to supply services.
- To ensure the provision of systems support and maintenance.
- To manage provision of technical support for content development.
- To ensure effective communication within the ICT team, and across the wider organization.
- To manage ICT budget preparation and implementation.
- To provide reports to the Regional Director and Executive team as required.
- To be available to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in line with CV’s Leadership Competency Framework, and a demonstrated attitude of willingness to engage in continued personal development within the required competencies. Competencies include: developing and delivering strategies, managing self and others, and multiplying influence, all outworked through CV’s core values.
- Significant experience in the ability to lead, manage and work collaboratively in a team environment, contribute to and encourage a culture of teamwork and service delivery.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with internationally-based organizations (advantageous).
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and Systems administration are an advantage.
