Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator/HR assistant will be responsible for all accounts payable functions as well supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Will also assist with answering phones, greeting customers/visitors and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate payment to vendors. This includes reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Administer employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Perform daily mail activities including processing incoming mail and printing emailed invoices.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
