ISQ Recruitment is supporting a family-owned food manufacturer with a clear vision of quality food that's available to all.

As the site continues to grow its customer base, they are now seeking an Assistant Production Planner to support the Planning Manager with production plans and coordinating materials / production to ensure optimum factory efficiency.

Key Deliverables

Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a daily & weekly production plan and delivers customer orders on time and in full.

To act as a key support point between cross-functional teams.

Carry out stock inspections within Goods-In, Stores, and Production.

Ensure inventories are kept up to date, communicated regularly, and any issues escalated to the appropriate Manager.

Communicate, liaise & escalate any issues with the Planning Manager, colleagues, and external service providers where necessary.

Provide cover for the Planning Manager during holiday / absence as required. Shift Pattern

Prior experience in a similar role (demanding retail an advantage)

Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and good numeracy skills

Clear communicator and good interpersonal & presentation skills

Must have full Right to Work in the UK
