Project Manager – Plymouth
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a respected regional contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Situated in Plymouth, this role encompasses overseeing a variety of projects across the region. The projects span refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, MOD, and Industrial.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with site planning, design and construction programme and oversee the project
- Coordinate work of subcontractors
- Establish timelines, calculate labor and material costs
- Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting
- Progress report and any necessary modifications of plans
- Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget
- Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered to Requirements :
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence
