About the Role:
This is a full-time onsite position in Lake Oswego, OR. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate financial statements (10k & 10Q) in accordance with US GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and provide detailed analysis on financial performance and trends.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable, support forecasting, and manage financial resources.
- Maintain and establish controls to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard company assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate financial reporting, audit preparation, and/or regulatory compliance (including SEC reporting such as 10-Q and 10-K).
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
