This key role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health, and driving strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and be adept at managing complex financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s entire financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, tracking performance against financial targets.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management to support key business decisions.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders to facilitate smooth audits and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities to optimize financial resources.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Guide and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes high performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead audit preparation by organizing schedules, workpapers, and documentation for external auditors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or building materials sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on driving results and developing talent.
