- Oversee and manage the company’s entire financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, tracking performance against financial targets.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management to support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders to facilitate smooth audits and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities to optimize financial resources.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Guide and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead audit preparation by organizing schedules, workpapers, and documentation for external auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or building materials sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on driving results and developing talent.
