Accounts Payable Clerk
for a
temp-to-hire
opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment, enjoys working with numbers, and has experience in high-volume APprocessing.###
Key Responsibilities :
Process a high volume of vendor invoices using
Infor LN
ERP software.
Review, verify, and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Code and enter invoices accurately into the system.
Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams promptly.
Reconcile monthly statements and assist with maintaining accurate AP records.
Support month-end close tasks, including AP reporting and account reconciliations.###
Qualifications :
Experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
Familiarity with
Infor LN
ERP software is highly preferred (or similar ERP systems).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent data entry skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.###
