High Volume District Manager Qualifications

• multi unit/venue leadership experience of 25 mil
• Hands on leader to train our Manager's how to lead their entire team and hold the team accountable
• Strong beer/wine/spirits knowledge - brewery background a big plus
• Strong leadership and team building skills - strong people development skills
• Ownership mentality
• Keen financial acumen
• Understanding of a HIGHLY seasonal business with yearly ramp up period

• Responsible for leading a team of General Manager's
• Overseeing 3 restaurants with 2 more coming soon!
