CV Resources is partnering with a high-growth SaaS start-up in Meridian, ID, seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a 3-4 month contract. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing on deferred revenue accounting and multi-entity financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage deferred revenue accounting for 1,400 clients across 7 entities
- Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reporting to support leadership decisions
- Work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to streamline accounting processes
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology start-up environment
- Strong background in deferred revenue, multi-entity accounting, and GAAP compliance
- NetSuite proficiency is required
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with subscription-based revenue models preferred
- CPA or equivalent experience is a plus
