Responsibilities :
Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Manage the General Ledger, including journal entries, adjustments, and account analysis.
Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial statements and reports.
Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction industry.
Strong expertise in monthly close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and General Ledger management.
Proficiency in Sage accounting software is required.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
