As a Front Office Representative at CVCH, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your role will involve greeting guests warmly, registering patients, collecting demographics, and updating data as needed.
You will also schedule appointments using scheduling protocols and answering scripts, entering accurate data in EMR, EDR, and other electronic records. Additionally, you will obtain and verify insurance information, collect and record payments, and balance encounter batches and monies collected.
Directing phone calls to the proper destination or taking messages as per protocol is another critical aspect of this role. You will also assist patients with information and education on other CVCH programs as approved by your supervisor.
