Office Management:
- Oversee general office organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Manage office supplies, ordering new stock when necessary, and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors or service providers
Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments when necessary
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Communication:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Communicating effectively with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in office software
- Previous experience in office management or an administrative support type role preferred
- Must be extremely organized
- Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
