Retail Coordinator
The Retail Coordinator is responsible for assisting in daily activities to aide in management of retail inventory for all Landry’s concepts. Support Buying Team with daily tasks associated with item creation, purchase order entry and reporting. Coordinate communication as needed between buying team, stores & vendors.
The Retail Coordinator is responsible for assisting in daily activities to aide in management of retail inventory for all Landry’s concepts. Support Buying Team with daily tasks associated with item creation, purchase order entry and reporting. Coordinate communication as needed between buying team, stores & vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Dataworks Retail Merchandising System
- Run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reporting to assist buying team
- New item creation in Dataworks
- Purchase Order Entry in Dataworks
- Communicate approved purchase orders to vendors
- Assist in resolution of issues sent to Retail Support portal
- Communication with Retail vendors to track status of open purchase orders
- Resolve UPC NOF issues
- Communication with store managers and support team
- Assist in managing images for plannograms/floor plans
- Execute special projects as required
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
- 1-2 years retail experience
