Job description

Associate attorney needed for immediate hire for a civil litigation law firm with areas of practice including construction litigation, real estate law, complex contracts and personal injury. Candidates must have good writing skills and MUST be detail oriented. Candidates must be able to handle extremely fast paced office with a large case load. Qualified applicants must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and can multi task and prioritize effectively. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Florida. Any construction litigation experience or any background working in the construction field is a plus but not necessart. This is non-smoking office and grounds. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for court appearances and managing case files.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss case details and provide updates on legal matters.
  • Stay informed on developments in personal injury law and other relevant legal areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
