Job Description Job Description This position is responsible for maintaining the Quality Control and Compliance of CVR projects related to the management of HCV operations. This position may also include other duties, responsibilities, and project participation as determined by the Program Director.ESSENTIAL DUTIESManage all Quality Control actives including but not limited to supervision and direction of staff conducting file reviews and performance reporting.Assess and interpret collected data of HCV program performance.Coordinate and manage reviews of all administrative audits and investigative reports to recommend appropriate changes or corrective actions according to SEMAP, Enterprise Income Verification (EIV), PIH Information Center (PIC), HUD Regulations, and the HACM administrative plan.Monitor Housing Choice Voucher Program regulatory compliance.Oversee and monitor file compliance as pertaining to conversion of paper files to electronic records management system.Supervise a team of file clerks responsible for file organization, preparation, and electronic records conversion.Supervise Community Relations Coordinator.Provide reports to the Program Director and other members of the team as related to performance, productivity, and compliance on a regular basis.Participate in the development and implementation of goals, work plans, performance measures, procedural manuals, and continuous improvement of service delivery to assist in attaining the unit / program / department initiatives and goals, agency and core strategies, and mission through a spirit of service, teamwork and respect.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESDemonstrated ability to work collectively to meet deadlines.Management of reporting record of participants.Attend seminars and or training as requiredAdvanced communication skills in the areas of interviewing, investigation, interpretation, written and verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation.Must have the ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information that has legal and personal consequences if divulged.Ability to determine a solution and what method to follow based upon the transaction that needs to be completed.Exercises sound and ethical judgment when acting on behalf of the organization.Work respectfully and courteously with other employees, follow direction, and work well under pressure.PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT QUALITIESDemonstrates Inclusiveness - Fosters respect for all individuals and points of view.
