About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in selling high-end, tight tolerance machining capabilities to OEMs throughout Wisconsin, the Mid-West, and nationally. This position offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, contribute to growth, and manage projects from quotation to execution. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to drive innovation and excellence, taking ownership of key responsibilities that directly contribute to our success.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities Include:
- Sell high-end, tight tolerance machining to OEMs in Wisconsin, the Mid-West, and nationally.
- Build and maintain customer relationships across engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams, with frequent on-site visits.
- Prepare and review quotes with manufacturing engineers and assist in finalizing proposals.
- Collaborate with customer teams on specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Expand the customer base through outreach to new/potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal resources (engineering and program management) to provide quotes and track project progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
- A Bachelor’s degree, Engineering preferred, or alternate technical experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales experience servicing multiple market segments.
- Overnight Travel: 10% - 25%.
