What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Cheer Coach position at CVU HIGH SCHOOL?
CVU is looking for an Assistant Cheerleading Coach for the winter competition season. Practices are typically held after school 3:30 to 5:30, 4-5 days a week. The team may cheer at some Basketball games but will primarily prepare for competitions. The applicant must have knowledge of cheer motions, stunting progressions, tumbling basics, conditioning, and jumping techniques.
The position is a Category IV co-curricular position and will be paid according to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Candidates will need to complete a fingerprinting and criminal records check prior to being confirmed for the position.
