Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Analyst/Researcher in a buy side firm or trading house
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Power/Energy markets (ERCOT/PJM preferred)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strategy support
- STEM degre
- No track record required
Key Responsibilitie
- Conduct market research and analyze power and energy trading opportunities
- Build and maintain data models for power and gas trading desks
- Identify market inefficiencies and generate insights to support trading strategies
- Develop quantitative reports to improve decision-making
