Join our premier development team in selling high-rise luxury condos overlooking the breathtaking Spokane River Falls. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent who excels at marketing, listing and selling high-end properties. This is a unique opportunity to represent a luxury residential community and connect the buyers with their dream homes.
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound inquiries into appointments with prospective buyers
- Guide buyers through market conditions, pricing, and financing options
- Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis
- Create compelling property listings that highlight key features, amenities and location
- Conduct property tours, and showcase luxury condo units to potential buyers
- Present purchase offers, and negotiate terms between buyers and the development team
- Ensure contracts and agreements comply with all terms and requirements
- Drive marketing efforts through strategic advertising, online listings, and open houses
- Prepare and manage purchase agreements and transaction documents
Qualifications:
- Active or immediately transferable real estate license in good standing
- Proven success in luxury condo/home sales
- Deep knowledge of high-end real estate markets and comparable properties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate listing platforms
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
