As a Sales Development Representative, you will be focused on outbound sales to join our B2B sales team. You will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and setting up meetings for our sales team through proactive outreach.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

The base salary range for this role is provided in accordance with local regulations, but salary represents just one component of the total compensation package. Additional elements such as bonuses, overtime, deferred cash (where applicable), benefits, perks, and company contributions to 401(k) plans-often result in total compensation significantly exceeding the base salary. Compensation is influenced by individual performance, tenure, experience, geographic location, business unit needs, company performance, and market conditions.
