Construction Project Manager (Carpentry)
CWF Restoration offers a great opportunity to join a top-rated and fast-growing restoration company at our location in Chicago! For this high-volume position, we are seeking driven, highly personable, and detail-oriented candidates with experience in construction in a supervisory capacity.
The Construction Project Manager serves as CWF Restoration’s ambassador to our clients as we return their damaged home or business to pre-loss condition. You will be responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of property and maintaining professional relationships with our clients and subcontractors.
What’s the job?
- Respond to insurance approved service requests for repairs
- Oversee completion of an agreed upon scope of work
- Communicate with the customer throughout the various stages
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect signatures & oversee payment arrangements
What should you bring to the table?
- Customer service oriented & have a desire to help others
- Efficient with time, yet courteous with employees and customers
- Be within the Chicagoland area with valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
