For over 30 years, CWMF Corporation has been offering portable and stationary asphalt plant equipment, parts, and service. We build long-term trusted relationships by helping our customers optimize overall plant performance and run at peak efficiency.
Outside Sales Representatives fulfill a critical role in our operations. CWMF outside sales representatives are the front line of presenting our equipment and parts to the Asphalt industry. They are responsible for developing industry networks and contacts and promoting our equipment/parts and services. Most importantly keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• The primary duties of this position will be to actively promote equipment/parts sales and service in the assigned territory.
• Secure product orders from new and existing customers for new equipment/parts sales and service.
• Actively identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share.
• Assist customers in solving problems
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met.
• Attend State association conventions and relevant events.
• Available for overnight travel, up to 75% of the time.
• Grow parts and equipment business with new and existing customers in the territory.
• Prepare and send out quotes to customers and process purchase orders.
• Provide monthly sales reports
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
Education and Experience Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent required
• 3 years recent/relevant experience with outside sales
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office software applications
• Experience in parts/equipment sales, Asphalt and/or heavy equipment is a plus.
