In this role you will work across multiple market sectors, seamlessly shifting between teams and projects of various sizes. From scheduling product meetings to ordering samples and contributing to production work, your ability to multi-task will play a vital role in a successful workflow.

This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to maintain a collaborative team environment.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional Architecture and Design firm
- Demonstrate competency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required)
- Develop skills to prepare and organize contract documents, specification writing, and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) packages both independently and with a team
- Develop an understanding of building codes and life safety
- Be able to work with small and large teams or independently to support construction documents
- Conduct site visits for field verifications, develop program and space plan layouts, select interior finish palettes, and meet with product representatives
- Modify and update contract documentation based on Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews (redlines).
