What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator 1st Shift position at CWWC?
CWWC is looking for woodworkers to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills including custom cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process.

Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
- Build cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet client requests
- Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
- Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
- May cross train to perform other duties.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Ability to learn reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across departments
Working Conditions/Schedule
Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
