Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will support critical FP&A, treasury management and strategic initiatives for the company. In this fast-paced, high growth, highly leveraged and constantly evolving environment, this role will identify and monitor KPIs that drive cashflow growth and sound business decisions and is the right-hand resource for the VP of Finance. This position will participate in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecast, analysis of key trends, net debt analysis and reporting and general treasury management oversight. It will also work directly with executive leadership on strategic opportunities analysis, market analysis and ad hoc projects. This role will work directly with the department heads of operations, accounting, IT and commercial/marketing.
Essential Duties
Build and maintain advanced financial models including 5-year forecast, 3 statement model, DCF, IRR and M&A.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and Board of Directors.
Support treasury management functions including cash, debt, customer credit, derivatives and controls.
Analyze strategic projects and opportunities involving M&A, commercial contracts, CapEx and tax structures.
Compile and assess market, company, supplier, customer and competitor research.
Support the annual budgeting process and maintenance of the 5-year financial projection plan.
Help manage relationships with private equity sponsor, banks, rating agencies and institutional lenders.

Education, Certification And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 3-7 years of experience at a professional services company, corporate function or financial advisory firm
- Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrated advanced financial modeling skills
