Summary / Objective :
Monarch Behavioral Health is hiring fully licensed mental health clinicians to provide highquality therapeutic services to clients across Texas. We seek clinicians (Psy.D. / Ph.D. Licensed Psychologists LPCs LMFTs LCSWs LMSWs) and postdoctoral fellows interested in joining a thriving group practice focused on mentoring teamwork selfdiscovery and professional growth. Located in the Stone Oak neighborhood of San Antonio Texas we offer both inperson and virtual therapy options.
Essential Functions :

- Provide clinical counseling services to clients in accordance with Monarch Behavioral Health policies and professional standards.
- Conduct therapy sessions both inperson and via telehealth as scheduled.
- Abide by ethical guidelines laws and regulations applicable to mental health services.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly within established timeframes.
- Maintain accurate uptodate documentation including intake notes progress notes treatment plans and other required forms within 72 hours of service.
- Collaborate with clients treatment teams as needed (e.g. PCPs psychiatrists schools).
- Ensure a 70% client retention rate.
- Dedicate 25 hours per week to client sessions within a 3032 hour work week.
- Offer flexible scheduling including two evenings per week or one evening and one weekend.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings and schedule proactive checkins with supervisors as necessary.
- Ensure all recurring followup client appointments are logged and tracked appropriately in Simple Practice.

Work Environment :
This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting located in the Stone Oak neighborhood with telehealth options available based on client needs. The role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines as well as other tools necessary for maintaining an efficient workflow.
Physical Demands :
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly both verbally and audibly and to engage in physical activities such as standing and walking. Frequent use of hands is required to manipulate or handle objects tools or controls. The employee may occasionally need to lift and carry office products or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Additionally bending reaching and standing for extended periods may be necessary to complete tasks effectively.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a fulltime position requiring 3032 hours per week. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility for evening and weekend availability as needed. Employees must be available for two evening shifts per week or one evening and one weekend shift to meet client or job demands.
Travel :
This position does not require travel.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience :
Master s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
Active unrestricted counseling license in the State of Texas (LPC LMFT LCSW Psy.D. etc.).
At least one niche area of expertise (e.g. children trauma anxiety grief).
Preferred Education and Experience :
Willingness to consider associate clinicians with licensure pending within two months.
Clinical supervision available for postdoctoral fellows or LPAs.
